By the way, you said you were back east somewhere, did you get caught up in the blackout? My son was in NYC, and said the whole city sort of turned into one big block party.

Longbob and John Frazer:

Anyone besides me notice that it is really, really hard to get old D.F.C.to put any money up. He said I didn't have the money in my checking account to cover the bet, I did, and proved it. He said I didn't sell the coin for more than 95K, I gave a long story ending with who sold it for me and he suddenly decided that I had had enough time and he no longer wanted to bet. Is there a trend here?

I guess I'll have to post a couple of copies relating to this coin sale whenever I find them for my CPA. Gotta do it pretty quick, Oct 15 gets here quicker than you would believe and I sure as hell don't know where they are as I write.

And finally DFC, the point of this whole thread for me was, I don't give a crap what you are worth, you have proven that you are worthless. I'd take T Lee's wealth against yours anyday.

Exactly the point. Frankie's bragging about how much he's worth, and belittleing everyone he thinks isn't worth as much, is what lost him the respect of the entire board (or at least those who have read the entire thread). And none of us can be sure he isn't living under a freeway overpass, and using the computer at the library.

Yes, there is a trend here, the more this thing goes on, the more you try to change the past. I gave you approximately a week to put up or shut up, you just kept running your mouth. I hate a liar, that's why I'm having such a hard time here. I just can't find it in my heart to let your lying azs off the hook. Are you a democrat? Taxes are due 4-15 of each year and with an extension they are due 8-15 of that year. Do you have a special arrangement with Uncle Sam, or is some more of your bull sh:t. And finally Mr. bug killer, the point of this post is you are a bull sh:t artist first class, which I might add, I have been saying all along!! Oh and I could buy your asz, throw it away and still be rich. I'll get off your azs, if you do one thing >right now<. Post a picture of those several Winchester 62's and the Rossi's you own.

But you did let his lying azs off the hook Frankie. Charlie says he has the proof somewhere, two guys say they'll foot the legal bill. You're the only thing keeping the bet from going forward. And, you told us you were brave. Come on Frankie, teach us all a lesson.

"Oct 15", just another concrete example that you don't know chit, just like your handle indicates, about paying taxes, which tells me you don't pay many. You should have checked it out before posting that one, fool. "It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt." SSHHHH! I thought I was the only one who could extend until October! More and more his little story looks like he is the fake... projection? isn't that what a shrink would call it?

DFC
You are correct, judging the size of a bear from a photo is tough... unless you have seen as many as I... Close calls are really tough, but your claim is anything but tough. That is not a 10' bear, period... BTW, no, I am not interested in betting with you as you do not pay up when you lose.

Isn't it time to check on your crate under the bridge?

I was going to say measure the damn bear, Frankie. But, I don't think we could trust you. Sad, but that's how it is. After all this, who would believe you. Hell, we can't be sure there IS a bear.

I have zero doubt that DFC has the money. I lost track long ago of all the details but it seems to me both sides are making this more difficult than need be. Why not just meet with a mutually accept go between with proof in hand and the loser writes the check? Does it really need to be this complicated?

After all this time, and all these posts, it's hard sometimes to sort out all the bull from what people are really saying and thinking. All this back and forth crap is clouding the issue. Seems to me, Frankie and Charlie could come to some sort of gentelmens agreement, here. I really doubt either of you guys are the azsholes you both are saying the other is. I personally think, in his heart, Frankie knows Charlie sold the coin for 95k, but my openion doesen't count for sh:t. I doubt either of you is really fool enough to throw away 100k on this crap. Frankie doesn't want to do the 1000 for the NRA deal, so how about let's just make the bet 1 dollar. No need for lawyers, no need for escrow, just man to man. Now Frankie, don't come back with some kind of, I'm a high stakes guy and this wouldn't be worth my time, crap. You've already spent plenty of time on this. Charlie, you need to prove your point, find the paper on this, or pay your dollar. Frankie, if Charlie can find the paper, you owe him a dollar. This way, it's not the money, it's the principal of the thing.

Alright boys, let's settle it once and for all. Which of you is NOT man enough to do this?

Frankie, you could walk away from this with the respect, of everyone on the board, if you win, or loose this, like a gentleman. Charlie, you are already respected around here, but this has gone on too long, you say you need to find the paper anyway, so find it, and let's put this thing to bed.

Well, bug killer, why don't you enlighten us on why you don't pay your taxes on time, like the rest of do. I really don't care about tax extensions, I can afford to pay mine on time. I'm starting to see why you skirt the facts, it must be hard for you to keep your story straight. Case in point, "I can't find the paper work on the millions of dollars in coins I've sold" (another lie?) You can write a paragraph that has zero content in the way of information. Reminds me of a five year old stammering while thinking of an excuse why he wet his pants. Meanwhile back at the ranch, are you breeding those cows yourself or do you have a bull.

DFC,

You really are unaware of quite a bit financially. The extensions are for filing your tax return. Not extensions for paying the tax due. You still must pay the tax due by April 15th.

Of course, this would be an estimate. Any amount that you under pay is subject to penalties. The more you reveal about how little you know, the more it becomes obvious that you are making everything up.

I'm not interested in trying to play little games with the tax collectors in this country. I owe them and they are paid on time. And I might add, I might just pay more in taxes than you make. You want to live here, pay your fair share of the taxes it takes to run this great country.

D.F.C.

I do pay my taxes on time, under extension, you continue to amaze me (NOT) with you vast lack of knowledge about financial affairs for someone of your vast resources. Yeah, right....

As for the dollar bet, that is an amount for proving a point between friends, and we are not, nor ever will be friends.

I'll tell you what, I'm still trying to get the NRA some funds out of you. I'll lower myself to a $1000 bet for the NRA, we'll both send certified checks for a $1000, payable to the NRA, to John Frazer and, if I can't provide what he considers to be adequate proof that I sold the coin as I described and he is welcome to post it on here, he cashes mine and sends yours back, otherwise, he cashes yours and sends mine back, you'll even get a tax deduction out of it. No legal fees, no private gain, just for the promotion of gun ownership. John, let me know when you've got the funds from D.F.C. Believe me, I won't be holding my breath. Have I said that before.

You are a friggin fool to think I would go for that bull sh:t!!

"if I can't provide what he considers to be adequate proof"

Not a chance in this world. The only proof acceptable to me is the same proof that would stand up in a court of law.

Backing out again DFC????

Loser!

Still watching my azz, pervert?????

I'm wondering if we shouldn't be backing off this poor joke. It's becoming obvious that he is senile or otherwise seriously whacked in the head . Picking on mental cripples isn't cool.
