Possibly, for now I’m going to stay with early rifle, unit 1 just hasn’t been putting out the quality it use too , maybe that will change in the next couple years with all the moisture!

For now im going to keep putting in for the best of the best hoping I get lucky!

Muzzy is always an option for future draws!

Copy.

Hope you get a tag in the next 5-8 years. Buy point guard for 10 as I'm sure you do!

I saw a 370" ish 5 point with about 50 cows in the goat country scouting for goats a few years back. Still think about that bull with the whales as a 5. Got video somewhere. Whoowee....

That’s an incredible bull ,you guys still have some amazing bulls, but times have changed from when I started this process, I remember an article where a guy hunted unit 10 with a top outfitter and he saw 50 6 point bulls on an early rifle hunt!

Alot things have changed in the draw process that makes it tougher for non residents to get the best hunts but im not going to settle at this point

Hoping for a wet year like this year when I do get lucky!

Son in law drew a Late rifle in a mid level unit that starts Dec 1.

He will transfer the tag to one of his young boys so I get to tag along on a hunt with one of my grandsons.

Drew 6A…1-7 December. Killed 2 bulls in that unit years past… fingers crossed for this year.

Finally after many many years of making early bull in unit 27 my 1st choice I’ve got a tag, it a muzzleloader hunt this year. My son drew 27 archery bull for the hunt that’s just before mine. I’ll be able to help him hunt for 2 weeks then my hunt starts.

Didn’t make the draw but I was lucky enough to get a left-over cow tag for 4A Hopi

It is not enough to fight for natural land and the west; it is even more important to enjoy it. While you can. While it's still there. So get out there and hunt and fish and mess around with your friends...
