I own, and load for, two .308's. I've used lots of different powders. I like Re-15 the best. It works well with everything from 125 grs. Speer TNT to the 180 gr. Scirocco. You do have to weigh the charges for best accuracy, but accurate it is. One of my rifle holds .5 MOA at 200 yds. with this powder. If you want to skip that step, then I'd recommend AA 2520 for the 150 gr., or AA2460 for both. Or WW 748 for both. You need to use either WW, or Federal, not CCI 200, primers for ball powders.
The trouble with ball powders is they go critical faster/sooner. So you need to stay away from the maximum load areas for total trouble free ammunition. Re-15, on the other hand, is very forgiving. If I want to load'em all the way to maximum, I use Re-15.
As to what charges, get youself a Load Book, and start there. Every rifle is different as to maximum load, and most accurate load. The Scirocco bullet tends not to take as much powder as the other designs. In my rifles, that wasn't true with Re-15. E
