Looking to buy 8/0 to 10/0 jig hooks. Having a hard time finding them. Anyone knows of any places that might sell them.

Yes. First place I started. Barlows tackle had some. But was looking for more options.

Maybe a custom fishing shop like Thorne Brothers just north of Minneapolis. There must be kothers like them around the country.
For a lot of years I bought heavy duty tackle like that out of the Bass Pro shops salt water catalog. I’m not sure if they still have that.

Was on Cabela’s and didn’t see anything over 6/0. Will have to stop in some places to see what they got.

Not trying to beat it but did you check bass pro shops for that saltwater sales mag? It sure had big gear. I’d not seen much of what was in that book in their standard offerings.

I really can’t stand bass pros and Cabela’s. Those would be the last places I would buy from. So really don’t even care to look unless I have to. The last mag I looked at did have big saltwater stuff as you mentioned but not going to dig around for it.

I’ve bought from them and every time it gets screwed up somehow and customer service sucks. Never again I used to like cabelas before bass pro bought them.

Not sure what exact style of hook you are looking for but Gomakatsu 604 (round bend 60 degree) comes in an 8/O . Tacklewarehouse has them.
