I'd have to say that Married with Children and Seinfeld are also on the top 3.

I liked Cheers okay, but Wings was great. They did some truly great comedy and I think they were the best in their day by far.

I couldn't stand Roseanne back when they were doing it in the 80s, but my wife always liked it and got me to watch reruns of it in recent years with her during our wind-down hour of TV at bedtime and I've become a fan of Dan Connor. John Goodman made the show. The last couple of seasons got too weird, though.

The original sitcom and the one that set the standard was I Love Lucy. It ran for several years so there are certain episodes that stand out as the best...my favorite being when Lucy and Ethel take a job pulling off a publicity stunt atop the Empire State Building posing as Martians. There were a couple other great ones, too. I was watching that every morning when I was four years old back in the 50s. I liked Fred Mertz because he reminded me of my grandfather, even back then.

I liked Bob Newhart back in the day. He played the part of the guy who was perpetually in a state of disbelief perfectly. "My brother Darrel and my other brother Darrell" was just too damned funny.

When I had my hunting lease and my camp trailer I'd watch TV at night when two or three channels would come in over the aerial. That 70s Show was probably the best that I was able to watch while I was out there. I'm not sure I think it was all that great, but I thought Ashton Kutcher played a pretty good fuckwit.

That 70’s Show was another good one.

Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson basically played the same two characters on Netflix’s “The Ranch”
The Ranch is definitely worth watching if you get a chance.
As you mentioned, “Wings” was another good one.

I didn’t like Cheers until they go rid of Shelly Long and brought Kirstie Alley on the show.

The Cheers spin-off “Frazier” was pretty good too.

Fawlty Towers
MASH
WKRP in Cincinnati
Frank's Place. Only lasted one season, suffering the fate of too many really good shows. It starred Tim Reid, better known as Venus Flytrap in WKRP. The episode "Where's Ed?" was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
Black Books.
