Iv heard of a AR sling that's a 2 point sling, it uses a rubber grommet pops into the AR frame. Guy was telling me about it one he has. But it's been 4 months and iv yet to see it. Anyone know of a sling of this type?

Mine are not rubber, they are the positive button push type connectors.
I wouldn't trust rubber to just pop in and stay secure when the chips were down. Maybe I'm wrong though... Maybe someone makes one that does stay secure.

I'm thinking like you are! What brand do you use, I'd like to check them out.

I have a couple of the push button quick attach slings. My favorite one is a LaRue padded sling. LaRue padded tactical sling

I have Blue Force Gear and a Magpul, prefer the Magpul. Both have hardware/ability to be used as a single point or 2 point.
