We have been having a hiring problem, and when we can get people to apply, they don't want to *work*. Plant Manager asked me how to find somebody reliable.

I used to work with a guy who was from Buffalo NY. He used to tell me about the fights between the Puerto Ricans and Blacks up there. He said that Blacks hated the Spics because they used ice picks instead of knives, and the Blacks didn't like getting stuck with them......lol. Those aren't my people and as far as I'm concerned it's not even my country. My country is, at most a 100 mile radius from my house. Most of the time it's a 35 mile radius from my house.
