Love it.
My father was a chef, but he couldn’t cook liver to save his life. Always like shoe leather. Slavyanka cooks it well.

About once every five years.

Every big game animal I've killed was shot through the liver. Usually I have to hang it on a tree limb and blast it. I despise the junk.

Liver is awesome. Problem is most people over cook it.

Venison liver and onions, eaten the same night the deer is killed. It doesn't get much better than that.

I grew up eating fried chicken livers and beef liver and onions. With some mashed taters and cornbread….delish!

My father hated liver. My mother loved liver. If I smelled liver, it meant my father was on a biz trip.

My was staying at daughter house on Saturday watching the grandkids and I cooked beef liver and onions. As soon as she got home the next morning she immediately started opening windows. She does not partake.

No one in my family ever liked liver except grandpa. During WWII, he was a flight engineer on a B17. When his crew completed their final mission, they landed late and the mess hall was closed. One of the cooks made them liver and onions and it became his favorite meal.

Don't like it. It took me 50 years. I actually like it now. At least the duck and goose livers.

Venison liver and onions, eaten the same night the deer is killed. It doesn't get much better than that. Fry some good butcher bacon, then flour the liver slices and fry them and onions together in the bacon grease. It's the best part of the deer.

Had amazing moose liver in Newfoundland in September. Cook put some bacon and bacon grease, along some loose breakfast sausage and a PILE of thin sliced onions. Liver was sliced thin, salt, pepper flour dusted. 8 guys in camp, 3 of us ate a whole pan of it. Best I've ever had.
Sale barn in WNY deep fried about 1" chunks of liver, dipped in a little horseradish mayo sauce was a fine snack...
