I'll second that.
GOA does a great job of getting the grassroots to act. IMO, they use their resources very wisely and I have never heard a single hint of any malfeasance or corruption in the organization.
NRA is dead, at least until it is thoroughly reformed. GOA is the way to go.
Don't be the darkness.
America will perish while those who should be standing guard are satisfying their lusts.

This is part of the email they sent me.
When Congress refused to stop the ATF from turning millions of Americans into felons overnight by unilaterally outlawing 40,000,000 firearms, GOA stepped in to defend your God-given rights.
Last night, we successfully secured a preliminary injunction from a federal judge against Biden’s pistol ban that applies to all members of Gun Owners of America.
Now that we’ve secured this injunction, we can argue our lawsuit on the merits and ask the court to completely STRIKE DOWN this egregious government overreach.
But the Biden-Harris Administration is committed to winning this case, and they’ve made sure their anti-gun ATF cronies have all the funds they need at their disposal.
Meanwhile, our legal expenses are already mounting – and we’re anticipating tens of thousands of dollars in additional legal costs as we continue the fight to defeat the ATF in court.
That’s why we’re asking grassroots pro-gun activists like YOU to help us muster the funds we need to win this case and OVERTURN Biden’s pistol ban for good.
It isn't energy that kills, its holes.

Lifetime member, here.
Money can be hard to donate for some due to their financial situation. But, if you looked at the donation amounts people get from crowd sourcing platforms, you would be surprised at all those $2-$5 donations adding up to some significant balances.
$2, $5, $10 helps.
Giving a little does help.

🦫 100% agree, but it’s time people step up to the plate and do their part. If you can afford to spend $500++ on an AR pistol you can spend at minimum the same amount to defend your inalienable right to own it. Someone else is doing the hard work the least we can do is help finance their efforts. If GOA had the amount of $$ that the NRA gets every year we’d be in a lot better place to defend against the [bleep] in FJB’s criminal DOJ.

Left the NRA decade(s) ago when they left NJ and northeast gunowners out to dry. I got some pretty heavy criticism for that.
Eff them, eff them, and eff them.
GOA 100%
Quit giving in inch by inch then looking back to lament the mile behind ya and wonder how to preserve those few feet left in front of ya. They'll never stop until they're stopped. That's a fact.

Got two renewal notices in the mail a few weeks ago, GOA and NRA.
Guess which one went straight to File 13?
GOA got renewed, along with a donation.

GOA is a good outfit. As a proud member, I just made another donation to the GOA. They are at least trying to hold the line for US gun owners and the Second Amendment.
I'm nearing 45 years as a Life Member of the NRA. It is gut-wrenching knowing that the NRA has been infiltrated by greedy criminals, globalist useful idiots, deep state heathens and their evil Globalist Bolshevik puppet masters. It is absolutely shameful and disappointing how far the NRA has fallen from their primary mission: Protecting the Second Amendment; Training for marksmanship and gun safety; Promoting competitive shooting; and Improving hunter safety. Maybe I am wrong, but in my eyes, the NRA needs a total 100% house cleaning and rebuilt by true American patriots.
Sending money to good causes (GOA) and voting for pro Second Amendment politicians is a start but only gets our freedom and liberty so far. I, as a free man, need to be a better patriot and leader of men. God Bless America!!

It's awesome to see positive response.
I myself caught quite a bit of flak when I started raising the issue some years back. I fully understand the reluctance to abandon the NRA...I was a Life Member of NRA before I joined any other organization and I truly believed they were right minded. I suppose they were, more or less back in the early 90s. You couldn't have persuaded me otherwise back then. But as things have evolved in recent years and we have seen the light shined in places we never thought to look in the past, I hope more of you guys can see the truth about where the NRA is now. Maybe someday we'll be able to rehabilitate it, but there's no light at the end of the tunnel and GOA is a much better vehicle for our crusade, or Second Amendment Foundation...or better yet, BOTH. GOA does a great job of keeping grassroots pressure on our so-called "public servants," and they also participate in courtroom actions like 2AF.
I hope we can grow GOA into a real 900-pound gorilla while remaining vigilant to make sure it does not devolve like NRA did.
Don't be the darkness.
