Haha. Up here in CDN those would probably be $400 for the brick.

They can keep them at that price...

But thanks for posting Lawrence. I've still got enough to last me a long time.

I also will be using a lot more small rifle primers and small pistol primers with my loading patterns.

I'm hoping prices come down as we start seeing more. I sure am glad I bought those 6 bricks for $30 each before I left Oregon a couple years ago. Bought those from a buddy down there, not a LGS. However, I have had to slow down on my shooting and loading with my BR2's!!!!! The shop that has those BR2's is the shop I started seeing small rifle primers last year when no one else had them. Back then, the small rifle primers were $130.00, now they are around $70/brick. Just a waiting game guys. Hopefully you are doing well enough on your primer supply. I'll know I'm in trouble when I have to start using CCI34's for my 270 and 30-06 ammo. Let's hope it does not come to that!!!

Elko?

They still on the main drag? They moved once while I was living out there, from a little corner shop to a bit bigger spot on the north side of the street.

It used to be I was pissed when I go on a long business trip and my son drinks my whisky. Now I'm happy that he drinks my whisky so long as he doesn't go into my primer stash.

I'd be shickled titless if we ever see domestically produced primers for less than $50 per thousand again.

A local shop in my area wanted $18.99 for a new 100 piece sleeve of Winchester WLR primers. I passed on them.

I just ordered 10,000 Winchester small rifle primers @ $66.00/1000.

Wow, that is what I paid/5,000 when I last ordered Remington 7 1/2 primers…

I am curious where the G-men are stashing all of these components in order to keep them out of the hands of us gun owning terrorists?

Ouch! A very big ouch!

I’m pretty darn stingy with my components……thankfully, I’ve been that way all of my life, and shooting less because of today’s component situation doesn’t hurt me as badly as many of you! memtb
