Greg Tannel does great work, not sure whether he's currently taking on projects. As suggested, LRI does excellent work as well.

I have corresponded with"Carlsbad" regarding bushing a 40x bolt. After quite a bit of shooting I am convinced I don't really need a smaller tip on that rifle, but I may send it in to get the benefits of the support in the cocked position. Good to hear a first hand recommendation.
