I have a CZ 550 Magnum/Safari action and stock. I’m ordering a barrel through PacNor but want to make things as drop in as possible. PacNor does not have the factory barrel dimensions on file. Can someone tell me the barrel contours at the critical points?

Pac-Nor No. 4 Sporter with a shortened shank would be closest.
Pac-Nor No. 5 Sporter with a short shank would not be far off either,
except for the integral island for the rear sight base and recoil lug contraption on the barrel,
also called a "dog nut."

For a .458-caliber I would use a Pac-Nor No. 5 Sporter shortened at the breech
from 3"-long cylinder to about 2" cylinder length before threading the breech, and do some minor sanding to make it fit the stock.
For the rat-calibers (.375 and .416) a No. 4 Sporter from Pac-Nor would be the cat's meow.

TLLZ,
Welcome, my pleasure, something I needed to do anyway,
for an understanding of the CZ barrel profile that works so well.
About as slim as you want to go at the 25" muzzle for a .458.
It will provide fodder for The Square Table discussions.

If you’re using a factory stock, bear in mind that there is the rear sight / secondary lug base that is an integral part of the factory barrel.

Yep, referred to as the "dog nut" above.

A Pac-Nor profile between their No. 4 and No. 5, call it a No. 4-1/2,
should be ordered so it is 0.675" at 26" length with a 3-inch length of shank cylinder and 28" overall, unfinished length.
Cut that off by 1" at the breech and 2" at the muzzle: Voila !
Close enough for minor sanding of the barrel channel and filling in of the dog nut recess of the stock with epoxy bedding.

On one of my builds I used a Recknagel sweat on cylindrical sleeve that is both a rear sight base and a secondary recoil lug, ie similar to the CZ factory barrel but the recoil lug is much simpler. Something like that would go a long way to filling gap in the factory stock.
