Looking for 38-55 win brass and bullets. Buddy of mine has a 94 Chief Crazy Horse rifle but no ammo. Price of new factory ammo about gave him a heart attack. Please let me know if you have anything available.

Brass can be found on Gunbroker for a (mostly) reasonable price. That's about the only place I know of at the moment that it's available. Starline has it hit or miss.

You can make very serviceable brass from 30-30 brass if so inclined. They are a little shorter than old 38-55 brass but it makes no difference in my experience. All it takes is a single pass thru 38-55 dies and the job is done.

I have 2 bags of new winchester brass and a set of dies that look new that I will sell or trade. PM me if interested.

i have 200+ Meister 38-55 RN/FP 245 grain, .377 diameter cast bullets and about 60 once fired brass and more than 20 multiple times fired (3+/-) brass. The brass is Winchester and Starline. The bullets would be $0.10 each and the brass would be $0.40 and $0.25 each, all plus shipping in a USPS flat rate box. Please PM if interested.

Thanks for all the replies fella’s. I already purchased a die set so only need bullets and brass. I may have found a local source but haven’t verified yet. I will pm those above if source falls through.
