The only other time I tried to sell a rifle online was a huge scam. The buyer sent me a certified check that turned out to be a computerized fake. I had checked it out at the "issuing" bank and they never issued it. I turned it over to Wyoming D.C.I. who told me to contact the F.B.I. as it is a federal interstate issue. I did and never heard a word from them. Thankfully I checked the "bank" first and never sent the rifle.

If you wait for the funds to clear your bank before shipping, shouldn't be a problem.

Buying and selling online does require some trust, and folks do get burned if they’re not careful. I’m glad you were careful. At this point, electronic payments are pretty safe, and so is a check with a couple days clearance window. Any decent buyer will respect your need to verify the check is legit, and shouldn’t balk at a bit of a waiting period.

Please let me know if you would consider splitting up the brass and selling separate from the rifle. Jason280 gmail.com

Sorry. I don't want to sell the brass separately.
