Free bump for an excellent rifle at a more than fair price. Superb "do it all" rifle.

The current MSRP on these is about $1800. I like mine, the MB version, just fine, with the brake carefully removed and placed in a secret location I hope to forget.

First thing I did when I got my Kimber Montana 280ai was cut the stupid threads off. Harder to do with the fluted barrel of the Winchester though.

Despite my general lack of enthusiasm for cans, the possibility that someday I may gain access to one of the local farms, where a can would be “polite” makes having a deer rifle with threads a good thing to have. The cap blends quite well.

BTW, with a 13oz Accupoint in Burris Signatures, my .308 goes 7lbs 12oz, and I found it quite bearable last season for the 3/4 mile trek in to and back from my stand.

That's pretty, as I already have two .308's I do not need another one, good luck I am sure it will go soon.

My EW mb in 308 shoots same point of aim with or without the mb. But that break will ring your bell, great rifle here.

Got a 243 Model 70 EW that I bought new in 2012......they I really taken a jump in price. Mine likes Hornady 100 gr. Interlocks and RL 26 around 3100 fps.....drops game way out there with authority.
