Pork Loin with Beer Sauce




Fry 5-6 pieces of bacon in a pan, chop the bacon into small pieces.
Brown a pork loin in the bacon drippings
Saut� � of a large onion and a bunch of leeks in the bacon drippings
Add corn starch and cream to leeks and onions along with the amount of cream necessary to make sauce. Add the bacon to the sauce. Bring to a boil to cook the corn starch and thicken.
Add a teaspoon of capers to the sauce and let simmer. Finish the sauce with � bottle of beer and simmer more.
Bake the loin in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until done.
Add some of the sauce over the loin and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Serve the loin and sauce separately
