How do you attach a patch to the end of your weed eater string, without it getting too bulky, so it does no longer fit the bore?
I tried but never succeeded with the weed eater string.
Please detail me how to do that properly.
Thanks

I’ve burnt them into knot and sanded them down in the past.

These last long enough that I just order them now.
