Well, at least the NR antlerless has worked well for you.

SLM- I hated that bill. NM and all western states with USFS and BLM shaft the NR's who pay taxes to administer those lands. The LO Permits in NM are out of control.

The bill as proposed was fair. What isn’t fair, is subsidizing the outfitting industry at the expense of the average NR hunter. Not allowing the NR to apply for antlerless hunt codes to drive demand up on authorizations/hunts is shafting the NR.

I know, you’re still beating the federal land drum and warning everyone that change is coming, but the SCOTUS and recent court cases have blown holes in your theory.

We can agree E-Plus is out of control, but here we are on an add for said program.

So cutting out the ability for hunting cow elk to NR's is fair. So disallowing NR's to hunt State Owned WMA's is fair when they paid taxes via Pittman Robertson that pays 75% of the cost. Ripe for lawsuit. So Game and Fish now keeping the Game License Fee when unsuccessful in the draw is fair. See SB 196 bottom of page 15 and the top of page 16. I recall clearly when there was no quota and a legitimate business was legislated to lose business. Obviously we are headed down the wormhole. You clearly have you opinion as I. At this point I choose to try to sell a couple of hunting opportunities to someone that desire to hunt elk in NM.
