Never had it. Local store has it for $80. Worth it? Regular BT is $60, refuse to pay that.

Barrel select, maybe. 10 yr, definitely not—-would rate it similar to Woodford reserve, or other $30-$40 bourbons.

it’s pretty good. If I saw it for $80 I might grab it. Liquor is expensive in Montana, there is what amounts to a 40% tax on liquor here. But I haven’t seen Eagle rare in a couple years so I’d probably spring for an $80 bottle if I had the $.

I think it’s pretty good I’ve seen it between 60 and 90 bucks a bottle

It's good for sure, but not worth $80. It's a $40 bottle in my opinion

Dang! Eagle should be $40.
But in a pinch, I might pay that. I love Eagle Rare

I like Eagle Rare but haven’t seen it in the base package store in a couple of years. That sounds a little steep….

Eagle rare is very good, not $80 a bottle good though. Taste varies from batch to batch, but its somewhat sweet.

Usually under 40 after tax at the Walmart across the street. Regular Buffalo Trace is around 30. The small liquor stores will mark Eagle Rare up to 69 or do a bundle deal with a much cheaper bottle to move the cheap stuff. I would not pay over 50 for it.

Hmmm, that's a bit high. But I'm swayed by the summer heat. Don't drink much brown water this time of year. Come February, this might sound good.
