Deputy David Bosecker was killed while responding to a domestic fight call around 2100 last night. This was between Cisco and Rising Star. He used to be one of our Game Wardens and was a really nice guy. The suspect has been charged with Capital Murder. I pray he gets the needle. RIP SIR.

Domestics can be extremely dangerous. Raging tempers, high probability of arrest, usually intoxicated people.
Too bad, hope he didn't have young children.

Why did the murdering azzole survive getting arrested? If I had to take a guess he probably surrendered and dropped his firearm.

Street justice was swift, sure, and permanent a few years ago, especially when a cop was wounded or killed. Well these days, and the entire decade plus I've been in law enforcement, "street justice" is synonymous with "prison time"

Street justice was swift, sure, and permanent a few years ago, especially when a cop was wounded or killed. Well these days, and the entire decade plus I've been in law enforcement, "street justice" is synonymous with "prison time" Plus plead-down, credit for time served, early release for good behavior, etc. Guy like this, if absolutely no doubt, should be tried, convicted and executed within 90 days. The PUBLIC is entitled to a swift and fair trial - fug the perp (within reason).
