Ordered a 23 in March, got it last week. Two door Badlands model, 2.7L twin turbo V6. So far I'm pretty pleased with it, after ~340 miles. Picked it up in San Antonio, and swung through Austin on the way to Houston. Freeway, highway, some stop & go traffic, and it did 20.8 mpg, which is about 3 mpg better than the Jeep Wrangler I traded in. My normal grind around town it is at 18.8, again a couple mpg better than the Jeep, with more power and better comfort features. Obviously, not broken in yet.
Ford seems to be selling them like hot cakes, and I can see why.

I saw one of the Baby Blue color special editions yesterday. First one I’d seen in that color. It looked pretty awesome if I say so myself.

I saw a pink one this morning I'm guessing a Barby MD. Pink and white. The big ones look like the old int. Scouts to me. I like them. But not for how much they cost.

2.7L twin turbo V6 - Forget the factory oil change intervals, do it every 3,000 miles.

I haven’t looked at them too closely, but it seems they have two models. A smallish unibody wagon and a somewhat larger body on frame style truck.
I like some of the larger ones I’ve seen. Not something that fits my needs per se, but a good looking vehicle.

With modern turbo engines and low tension rings many folks are also installing oil catch cans to prevent oil/combustion vapor from circulating back into the engine. Doesn't do anything to clean the oil, but certainly helps prevent fouling and wear.
And with the TX heat, I would also run with BestLine Racing Oil Treatment or similar.
Might as well take care of your investment.

Might as well take care of your investment. Direct Injection is not doing any engine a favor other than making more horsepower. Low tension rings as mentioned along with that dilutes the oil especially on short trips.

Hope you enjoy it. I will say I saw a video of various crash tests ( can't verify the authenticity) and the results were horrible for the full size Bronco. It buckled badly. Stay safe.

Traded my Rubicon off on a Grand Wagoneer with the 6.4 himi , 475 Horsepower to get away from these little motors, l can pull a stock trailer with it too, not trying to sound like a dickhead at all , just afraid off the little turbo stuff that everyone has gone to, good luck and sounds like change best oil you can afford every 3-k .

The Bronco is the one based on the Ranger pickup frame. There are 2 & 4 door versions, and several different trim packages.

Low tension rings as mentioned along with that dilutes the oil especially on short trips. DI really only helped with emissions and fuel economy. Once again, EPA mandates cause all sorts of issues with EGR regen and valve fouling. Ford customers learned that the hard way with Gen I EcoBoost engines. Ford moderately corrected the issue with the combo direct and port injection, but the engines still burn all the crap coming out of the crankcase. Low tension rings, high cylinder pressures, and thin (zero weight) oil are an engineering disaster if you want an engine to last more than 75,000 miles.

2.7L twin turbo V6 - Forget the factory oil change intervals, do it every 3,000 miles. 3000 mile OCI are overkill. The owners manual probably says 10,000. I've been using 10,000 mile OCI for years on conventional engines and have several million trouble free combined miles. But I wouldn't go 10,000 on a turbocharged engine. I have a 2020 Explorer with the 2.3 EB engine and change it at around 7000.

Which is exactly, what they want, in my opinion ! Installed a number of oil catch cans, on customers ecoboosts. Toyota 0w-16, at 16000km & only change the filter (what cleans & stores the shyte) every 2nd service ! [bleep] me !
