My daughter and her boyfriend along with his siblings are visiting there now, haven’t had power and very little food to be had at the moment. They have made it to the airport and are slotted to fly to Honolulu at 10 tonight, they arrived in a private plane and have been told the plane cannot land to pick them up in Maui. I’ve visited in the 90’s on a Bill fish trip, beautiful place.
We’re just lucky they were staying in an area unaffected by the prevailing wind, well not lucky but blessed by the man upstairs.
Prayers are much appreciated if you would please.

So sorry to hear John. Betsy and I are praying for their safety and quick return to Honolulu. I know you two are worried but she made through the worst of it an has made it to the airport. Hopefully there is food and drink there and they can relax. Keep the faith my friend.

Were at level two evacuation here a couple of years ago. We left at stage two as our place is a summer home and plenty around us would lose everything and have to find shelter. No need for us to be in the way for those that would be in real need.
