This reel is in excellent condition. I forgot I even had it. I was cleaning out the garage and found it in a box with some other gear including 4 fly rods. Wow, it’s like Easter here hunting for Easter eggs.
I bought it for one of the other rods I found, put a new line on it and stowed it away until today. The line is a Rio double taper 5 floating line. I have two of those old Radius reels, with another one that was lost during a big move.
They used to be the bargoon Lamson reel on eBay back about a decade ago.
Still like them a lot.
