Dave, I’ll wager that you’re gonna like it……….a lot.

Nice rifle Dave. Bought a T3x Hunter SF 6.5x55 couple months ago and it's a shooter. You won't be disappointed. Dan.

Others have pretty much voiced my opinions as well! Congrats! memtb

Pappy, I don't know the weight. I don't have an accurate scale.
Thanks for the replies.

Nice, hope it's a good shooter for you.

Thanks. That’s a half pound or more under my M70 EW with a Triji 3-9.

Yep. 7.2 pounds is about what to expect with a set up like that. Hard to beat combination.

I have the same rifle but with one of the Cabela's Instinct 3-9X40 scopes on it. Same scope as the Zeiss Conquest, just with Cabela's badges. Your other rifles are going to gather dust sitting unused in the safe.

I was looking for a Stainless Ruger Hawkeye with a synthetic or laminated stock. I don't like the looks of the Hawkeye hunter and didn't want a walnut stock. I'm glad I chose this rifle. I already had the scope. I bought a blued Hawkeye Ruger RSI 308 earlier this year off the classifieds. Both will see the woods this year.
Thank for the kind words.
Dave

Chop it to 21",add CTR bottom,go MT 40 MOA rail and a real scope(BTR Gen 2 '12x) and you'd have sumptin'. Hint.

Few things are warmer/fuzzier,than rugged reliability. Hint....................

Stick, Thanks for your suggestions. I rarely see a deer over 100 yards where I hunt.
