No! And I won't think about. My Wife is the most beautiful Lady that ever walked on this earth.

A good friend of mine told me " Do it if you want to, but just know if you get caught it's a 5 year sentence. Two years in prison and 3 years probation." Meaning that for two years you will be constantly reminded, constantly punished, & always watched. The next three, restrictions will be lightened, but you're always a moment away from going back to the clink.

Honestly, no. I’m the kind of guy who keeps a promise once he makes it. There’s too little of that today in my opinion.

Nope.

My word actually means something…..I can’t think of a more openly declared PROMISE than having a pastor, in front of your closest family and friends, declare one’s intentions more clearly than marriage.

In one week we’ll be married for 26 years which isn’t much compared to a lot of guys here but I’ll catch up eventually and that’s without a doubt the best decision that I’ve ever made. It’s also one that I value enough to never “stop trying” to court her nor will I allow familiarity to breed complacency with recognizing all the things that she does for me and our family. We’re not just married but we’re best friends and we’re a team, we face everything together and we carry more weight when needed….we don’t “keep score” of the good or the bad.

I don’t think I could ever look myself in the mirror if I did and I’m pretty sure my conscience would force me to come clean.

Well, I have not. I was single for 4 years, got that out of my system between marriages. I didn’t the first time either.

Absolutely no!
Wife and I were married 49 years before she died of cancer.
I never considered doing so.

There is no greater betrayal or show of contempt to the person you took a vow in front of God Family and friends.
And is a accurite account of who you are as a person.

Think about it often? To keep from rolling out of bed at night? smile
