Caroline's 29th BD dinner request was; Chicken schnitzel, spaetzle & gravy + caesar salad. Boned & removed skin from the chicken thighs, the night before & dry brined. Doug & I, gave 'em a beating, seasoned flour, egg wash & into panko & italian crumbs. Caroline & Ross, made & cooked the noodles.
