Well, maybe. The chart is a good general guide but they even changed the twist rate during the manufacture sometimes. Often it would depend on what twist barrels they had in stock at the time.
Don't forget that Cooper was a semi-custom manufacturer and if you were willing to pay, and wait, you could get about anything you wanted in a barrel, both in contours and twist rates, or even from a different barrel maker such as Shilen or Lilja.
For instance I owned a Varminter in 223 with 1-14 twist and currently own a Classic with a 1-10 twist.

Interesting that the chart is after Wilson took over. They have the Swift listed as a 12 and that didn’t happen till after 2010.
Got a 223 Model 21 bought in 08 that’s 14 twist and one bought in 2010 that’s a 12. You could order any twist/barrel make you wanted at extra cost.

They did the PPCs same as 223 generally. Older will be 14, newer 12. Can't remember the date they switched. Seems like 2012

Had a buddy order a 1:8 243AI from their custom shop. It cost a few hundred extra and took about 9Mo. That said, it also feeds really well w/their center-feed detachable magazine and it's very accurate w/105's.

My 2005 223 MV was 1 in 14, Most accurate rifle I ever shot. With 335 and Sierra 50 gr. Blitzkings. Only 55 gr. it shot was a Hornady with the BC of a golf ball.

I don't mind the 14 at all, just have to know how to use it. I'd much rather have the 14 than an 8. I shoot 52 Bergers and various 50 gn. in it. Only difficult thing is Barnes copper, but the 50 TTSX do pretty well.

Thanks for theload data! I found this info looking for the twist of my M21 22 PPC... Not even on the list! Original twist rates for both the 22 & 6PPC was 14 so I doubt cooper would vary unless special ordered in 12.
