So my first thought , who in their right mind would fall asleep on a subway .. At 4:20 am! That's the time you should be wide awake and aware of your surroundings.

Taken to the hospital in an ambulance? A Sexual assault needs the DNA to be gathered for future prosecutions if/when he does it again and it's Bio-hazardous. Who knows what the creep is sick with!!
