In preparation of the Global Day of Jihad I decided to protect the home front. I figure their call for "Jihad" is kind of like the peak of The Rut and may cause some normally wary Jihadist to expose themselves.

WEATHER: 48 degrees, steady rain, strong gusty winds out of the southeast

STAND: location is the front porch. Too rainy to be out in the woods cutting wood and too lazy to do something productive inside.

ARMAMENT: Decided on a .45-70 with 300 grain handloads. Figured if it was good enough to use on Injuns, it should work fine for this use. Plus it needed to be oiled as it hasnt been out of the safe in awhile.

So far it has been quiet...almost too quiet.

Spoke too soon, thought I heard something in the distance, was that an "Allah Akbar" I heard off in the distance in the woods?

I got a really good picture off in the distance, through the trees, kind of blurry with a partially fogged up lense and not being able ti hold the camera phone steady at 120x digital zoom. It shows conclusively BIGFOOT (or maybe the neighbors angus steer.)

Just got back from gun store+grocery store run.

Got me a new Horosun 510 for my new 9mm PCC that I can't shoot yet due to eyeball trouble. I might bore sight it in the back yard. Never know when bigfeet or jihadjohnny might show up.

If yesterday was supposed to be a day of jihad, my hood certainly was quite quiet. There is a synagoge just about a block down the street from my house. It's fairly new and they've only been the for a little more that a year.

For muzzies though, certain parts of town seen to have a few. Usually see their women in traditional dress out and about. The local Walmart closest to my house has a few muzzie employees, one of them being one hell of a good lookin' lady. Rather friendly as well when she waits on me. Several women and a half dozen males that I've spotted so far. I think one of the ladies at my local stop and rob might be one as are the two that run the UPS Store. Never wanted an AR15 or any of that type rifle. However, I'm beginning to see that I might need one in maybe not too distant future. At least I load for the .223 to feed my Ruger #1V so good to go one that stage.

Well, my .45-70 load for crowd control uses a 530 gr bullet, 9 BHN, over a duplex charge. I estimate it will penetrate 30 azzholes before it starts to slow down.
