Just wanted to publicly thank Meopta for great customer service. I’ve never had to have anything repaired. But I’ve registered a few second hand scopes with them for their lifetime warranty and they have always been as accommodating as if I bought it new.
Last week I sent an email asking how and where to buy some turret caps for a Meostar that had gotten scratched. Their reply was, “What is your address? We’ll send them out for free.”
The free caps arrived today.
I wanted to let folks know the positive experience I’ve had with Meopta.

I’ve had to deal with them twice on warranty issues and they have been great to deal with.

Their customer service is indeed fantastic, too bad their Canadian distributor is horrible to deal with.

I’ve tried emailing and called a number listed on their website but I never reached an actual person. I’d like to see about replacing a lost lens cover to some binoculars.

My one experience with Meopta CS is a big part of the reason that I currently own 3 sets of Meopta binos, along with multiple rifle scopes. Great folks to deal with.
Those who must raise their voice to get their point across are generally not intelligent enough to do so in any other way.

Wonder if they cover the Cabelas branded models? I think that I remember reading on here that they do.

Wonder if they cover the Cabelas branded models? I think it’s been posted on here that they are. I’ve got some cabelas Euro binos. If they didn’t warranty them, i wouldn’t be surprised. Or upset with them. Cabelas / Basspro screwed the pooch on that…

A long time ago I sent in a scope for repairs when looking back I think it was probably dumb operator error.
I had a new scope in all likelihood before they even received mine.

I've yet to have one work worth a fhuqk and my Optika 6's were pieces of fhuqking schit. They wouldn't track, hold zero or repeat. Hint.
They'll keep flinging replacements at a guy,but I'd simply rather have something that WORKS. Hint.................

Meopta was great for me on some Cabela’s bino’s that weren’t their responsibility, pretty sure I’m not alone on that.
