Got a Winchester Model 70 243 BACO model in the Extreme Weather, bought new in 2012 and been shot very little. Like new, have the box and all paper work. Am looking to have it re-barreled to a 6.5 Creedmore....will rounds cycle/eject without changing anything? What barrel would you suggest and who to do this? Any idea of the price? Thanks for the suggestions

Had just this done by shooter71. Win 70 classic 243, rebarreled to 6.5CM….. nothing changed as far as feeding from the magazine. Good luck with the rebarrel process. expect at least 600.00 for the barrel and chambering.

EW OEM COAL is trite, especially in Kreedmire. Hint.

A simple Whizzum box swap, along with ejector/bolt stop and you have sumptin'. Hint.

Original box pictured above and feed/function isn't the issue, but COAL is. The OEM .473" S/A boxes are exceedingly trite in COAL. Hint.

Focus is ALWAYS to conjoin RPM,COAL and Throat Geometry and seek the best projectile possible. The 'box MUST be stretched,to allow same. Hint....................

You can just modify the original box. Did this for 284's or 6mm Rem. GD

I'm not in the habit of mutherfhuqking wares I've not got or shot. Hint.

The 338 Twat-Six Aye Eye is in fact exceptional, from stem to stern. The EW Kreedmire is sound too. Hint.

Best Winny I ever had. Hint.
