First (actually first seven) was with a.303 British #4 Mk 1 Lee Enfield that my grandfather "sporterized", shooting my handloads with Hornady 150gr spire pts and IMR 4895 powder.
Last was with a first year of production Sako L61R Finnbear in .300 H&H Mag shooting a 180gr Swift Scirocco II over a stout load of MagPro.

My first deer was with a 1903 Springfield sporter in 270. Range was about 4 yards. My last deer was with a PO Ackley FN Mauser in 7mm Ackley Short Magnum. Hope to get one this year with my SAKO in 35 Remington. I hunt thick stuff and ranges are never long.

My first deer I killed with dad’s Marlin 1894 .44 Remington Magnum. It was stalk and shoot in the old farm in some really thick brush.
My first personal rifle was a Ruger M77 Mark II in .308 Winchester. I had a gunsmith glass bed it and float the barrel. I put a Pachmeyer recoil pad on it and a Timney trigger. It has a VXIII 3.5-10x40 on it. I recently got it out and shot it for the first time in a long time. I figured I’d try some loads in it that my Tikka didn’t like. If shot a tiny clover-leaf with 150 gr Nosler Partitions. I think I’ll hunt it this fall in the thick woods.
Latest deer rifle is a Browning Suppressor-Ready X-bolt Hell’s Canyon with an 18” barrel. For now it has a 3.5-10x40 VX3i on it and a GemTech Sandstorm Titanium suppressor on it. I’ll use this in the blinds when I take the kids hunting. Gotta protect those young ears so they aren’t deaf like me.

My first deer fell to a 12 ga. pump, a High Standard Flite King DeLuxe that I still have. Shooting the old Federal "Slugger" Foster style rifled slugs. Shoots real good for a smoothbore with a bead front sight. Most recent deer was with a Kimber sporterized Mod. 96 Mauser in 6.5x55.

First deer was taken with a custom. 45 Flintlock built by a family friend before I was even old enough to hunt. I was sitting with him and Dad was doing a drive to us. Joe handed me the rifle when we got sat down and said he'd cock it for me if a deer came out. 10 minutes later, 9y/o me killed his first whitetail.
Last deer was a smaller 8 point last year with my Dad's original old style Rem 760 '06. That rifle is now retired until my boys are old enough to handle it
