I just tried to visit their website this evening. No page appears, just some failed blah blah messages. Does not appear to be hacked, there is no political statement or redirect to some nefarious other site. Somebody is going to be working hard this weekend to repair web image. I see their PKI cert expires in two days. Someone gooned something renewing it is my guess. On Safari I get the same message and in Chrome I get a flash of a "pick your country" options then the same message.
How it reacts for individuals may have something to do with how tightly you've configured the security on your browser.
