The drag in the trailer is mine, it’s 8 feet long, built this 10 foot one yesterday afternoon for a guy to smooth dirt after he discs and plants his oat patches. One made of old drill pipe and sucker rod for my tractor. One made of chain link / cyclone fence for my SxS. Most recent is a railroad tie/chain link fence contraption that bounces around and does a poor job. I'll be looking at making one like yours, Hanco. Thanks.

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

He traps them hard, but you know it’s impossible to get rid of them. If you lived closer, I would build it for you Mr Boone. It took me about 4 hours to make the ten footer. For covering oats and such, I generally either drag 2 16' welded wire panels attached to a pipe, and pulled behind the tractor or Mule with a chain centered from both ends to the hitch point, or a ridged harrow that's adjustable as to how much it engages the ground to level and cover. I bet it does, that track is heavy. They had a drag in south Texas built out of track to fuuuck over brush. They pulled it with a dozer. It was about 40 feet wide. Last edited by hanco; 10/30/23.

MartinStrummer Campfire Tracker Joined: Dec 2021 Posts: 3,527 Likes: 1	Retired cross tie with a piece of retired utility pole behind. The tie is heavy enough to bust up clods and smooth out humps. The round utility pole does a really nice job of just smoothing out the rough spots.
