I'm looking for a powder for .308 that has copper "remover" and is temperature resistant. I've tried CRE223and it shot OK, but is not reputed to be temperature resistant. I find Varget shoots great, but I'd like a powder that shoots well and is also copper resistant. I tired IMR 4166, but it never shot well for me. Hodgdon data for Staball Match goes through hunting bullet ranges I'd be interested in, 150 to 180 grains. Alliant 15.5 is temp and copper resistant, but their data shows it for heavier bullets.
Anyone tried this Staball Match powder in a .308 for accuracy?

I’m getting precision on my .308 with this powder.

Try Ramshot TAC. Load it hot.

If Montana had a standing army, a 270 Win with Federal Blue Box 130's would be the standard issue.
