Congrats - another really nice blacktail buck for you. You have posted up some super bucks over the years - I have yet to see a legal buck this season, I mostly hunt the Santiam unit and deer are just not around much like they used to be and I never have been much of a blacktail hunter  This next week hopefully will be good! Have you tried the McKenzie Unit to the south? This one came from there. ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/DIFukS7.jpg) A little but don't know it that well. I grew up hunting the upper Clackamas area when I didn't hunt mule deer and did OK. But like a lot of places about 10 or so years ago the deer just kind of disappeared from where you always found them. Still some big bucks up there but they are hard to find, hoping with this last week I find one:)
