Is this a trick question, either will do the job, but the best is likely the 95 grain BT

No such thing as a 100 grain Ballistic Tip in .24 caliber.
Best you can do is 95 in both Partition and BT.
Either will work fine. I have shot the Partition in 95 grain and they work great. Currently trying the 90 grain Ballistic Tip.
The 95 is supposed to be a "tough" Ballistic Tip, no thanks. Tough and whitetail deer aren't a good combination to me.
YMMV.

Can’t say for the 6mm 100, My only experience with “new” Ballistic Tips is with 7mm 140 grain in 7X57 and 165 grain .308 (in .308 Win.) They’ve worked okay for me.

I’ve only used the 95 NBT and it’s pretty awesome.

YMMV. My daughter's rifle shoots about a 3/4 inch group at 100 yards with Nosler Partition 100 grain so that is what we use. I tried some Hornady SST but they surprisingly were not as accurate. Never tried BT or Accubond because the NPs have worked so well. The NP load is with 42.5 grains of IMR 4350 which is pretty hot. On a cold day it is under 3000 fps but I shot through a Chrony on a 105F day and it went over 3000.

The Ballistic Tip is never a wrong answer for deer. Use the 95 gr with complete confidence. Load it for several 243’s for friends. Everyone has been completely satisfied with the performance.

Have posted this photo before, but Eileen took this Montana whitetail buck with the 100-grain Partition using her semi-custom Husqvarna .243. The sun was just setting, and since she didn't want to go looking in the dark if the buck didn't drop right there, she dropped him right there with a "high shoulder shot," which broke the shoulders and spine. (The bullet exited.) She's also used the same load to take pronghorns at longer ranges. But the 95 Ballistic Tip is also a pretty tough bullet. In fact, it was developed by long-time Nosler bullet designer Gail Root, who also wanted it to be elk capable. He killed several big bulls with it. Either will obviously kill an average whitetail.

It's only an example of one, but the 95 BT made short work of a Wyoming antelope 3 weeks ago. 150 yard lung shot which exited. Buck maybe went 25 yds, probably less. Perfect performance in my book

Have seen the same thing at 250 yards with the 100 Partition.
The two bullets are more similar than different in expansion, which is what Gail Root intended when designing the 95 BTip.

100 grain partitions work well for grandkids. Went to 80 grain Barnes when I couldn’t get the partitions

I seem to have pretty good luck with most bullets. However for deer I do like the 95 gr. Ballistic tips.
