Looking for a Marlin lever action or Browning single shot in 45-70. Prefer blue/wood and in good to excellent shape. Cash ready to go. Pm me if you have one you're looking to unload. Thanks in advance

Any interest in a Ruger No. 3?
Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled guns yearning to shoot free, The wretched refuse of your teeming safes and gun racks.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door of my workbench.

Ruger #3 will definately work for you. Brownells used to sell a receiver peep sight for them making them great brush guns.
Just snotty recoil with top end 300 grain bullet loads.
