Good enough my friend. I think you are doing just fine with the 243 and 308. Hard to beat that combo. That little 243 EW would be nice to have actually. Glad to hear you are keeping it.

Creedmoor has a rather large diameter shoulder ( .462” ) , compared to .454” on the .308 / . 243

Ok, yer right , It would be so much more appropriate to convert a WSM action to 6.5 PRC ?

Or for some real fun , a 7 mag or 300 Win mag, to
a 6.5 - 7 mm PRC ; Twisted appropriately ,of course.

keep the 243 Win. in your Winchester 70 , and just but a 6.5 Creedmoor you will be money ahead and now have 2 rifles.
