Eh shut up and listen.
I’m as critical of the school system as anyone but unless the kid was protesting government brainwashing such as CRT, transgender worship ect. He should sit down and be quiet. He’s not entitled to choose how the lesson is delivered and it isn’t his place to run the class or to disrupt it.
It isn’t the teachers job to “make school exciting” for him either because most of the time school isn’t fun or exciting. Neither is work most of the time. You do it because it’s needs to be done.

I remember the teachers who tried to keep students engaged.... Some of them were behaving like manic idios, but at least they were trying.... Not doing theur best imitation of Ben Stein: " Bueler, Bueler...."

Most all high schools offer college-level AP and Dual-Credit Classes nowadays where the kids gotta hustle just to keep up with the curriculum.
Likewise the teachers gotta hustle to cover the curriculum AND to keep up with the motivated kids.
First thing I would ask is, if that kid is so motivated, what classes is he choosing?
