During a press briefing on Monday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre emphasized that these “victims are disproportionately black women and women of color.” AND? Is she saying that black women are colorless? Usually blacks include theyselves in the "people of color" demographic. What about women of white color?

I finally found the video I was looking for back when they found coke in the Whitehouse. In it Biden goes off after being asked if he'd taken a cognitive test. He rants something about how that's like asking if you took a cocaine test before you came on this interview and really rants about it.
I remember when I first saw it thinking they were probably giving him cocaine before interviews and other things to liven him up and to get what's left of his mind going. I saw his random reaction as a sort of admission that he was coked up. Then a few years later they find some of his coke in the Whitehouse.
