Just to follow up on this - I shipped my rifle stock to McMillan on 10/26. Got a call yesterday it was completed, and they shipped it out today with a 11/27 estimated delivery date. So just about 4 weeks. I will post pics once I have it.
Stock was straight black, requested they paint it grey with black speckles.

Sorry Had to go to Vegas for a Tues/Wed work trip. Picked it up this morning. Looks great - the taped off all the bedding/barrel channel areas so that is still factory black. The base grey is more of a darker tungston type grey, but should look good on the stainless tikka.
