For sale is a vintage Remington 700 BDL 30-06. I got this from the son of the original owner who passed away recently. It was used on a few deer hunts, has a few marks on the wood (see pics). The blueing appears to be quite sharp, and the action is very smooth. Does not have the open sights as a scope was mounted on it. Review the pictures, let me know if you have any questions. First I'll take it posted will get first precedents over any pending messages. Payment by money order, personal check, or paypal (F&F or add 3%). Buyer must be able to accept shipment from private seller to FFL. Arrangements can be made if FFL to FFL is required for an extra cost. Will sell for $735 shipped.

This is the most American thing I've seen in a while. These rifles cannot be worn out. They get better with age. Slicker than snot. Great caliber as well. Glws

Barrel code looks like "OT" which would be July of either 1970 or 1999. I am betting a frosty Dr Pepper,, its not 1999...

Barrel code is indeed an "OT". The bore looks great, riflings are very sharp.

With the no letter prefix serial number and the peep sight receiver screws still present I would say somebody owes you a frosty Dr Pepper Huck!

That rifle has to be early 70s. I bet the bolt locks on safe. Pressed checkered stock. Well worn, but that rifle was taken care very well.

THis is the Gen 2 stock I believe and have a slimmer profile than anything after. Also, probably the best years for metallurgy as well. It is a 1970 built rifle for certain.
