Here is the info from Jard:
The JARD AR Adjustable Trigger Kit offers many options so you can get exactly what you want out of your AR trigger. This trigger kit features in-rifle adjustment of sear engagement, overtravel, disconnect engagement, and safety engagement, enabling the user to tune a truly personalized trigger pull. Other options include curved or straight trigger profiles, speed or weighted hammers, single or two stage operation, and pull weight options ranging from 1.5 - 5 lbs.

Adjustability

The Top Adjustable model allows you to tune your sear engagement along with the rest of your adjustments from the topside of the trigger with the upper receiver hinged open.
The Bottom Adjustable model allows you to tune your sear engagement from the bottom side of the trigger, through the pistol grip mounting screw hole. All other adjustments remain accessible from the topside of the trigger with the upper receiver hinged open.
Hammer Type
The Speed Hammer option is the standard choice. It has less mass than standard hammers, decreasing bolt cycle time.
The Heavy Hammer option is recommended for hard to ignite primers like rimfire or military surplus/style primers.
Stage
Single Stage Operation has little to no take-up/overtravel. The trigger, in the reset position is always right at the "wall," only requiring the posted pull weight pressure on the trigger to fire.
Two Stage Operation has some take-up/overtravel as a buffer. This buffer acts as an additional safety measure as well as a tangible indicator for shot anticipation. Once the overtravel has been taken up, a tangible "wall" is met, indicating to the user that the posted pull weight is all that is required to fire.
