Looking to buy a new GMC 2500HD Duramax AT4 to replace my older truck. What dealership would you recommend? I'm in TN. I checked Howard Bentley and they aren't coming off sticker.

I guess I'm old-fashioned. I've always bought new and always been able to negotiate an agreed-upon price. If UAW and GM's new model is to sell at sticker, they've lost me as a customer. I'll keep on driving the old LBZ and fix'er up. I don't need it that bad to drop ~$100K on a truck.

Get on cargurus and search. Start calling dealers when you find one you want. Negotiate the price before you leave your home state.

I rode in a family members brand new Cadillac escalade this weekend. That thing is easily north of 6 figures.
Felt like Trump riding around in that tank.

No apologies but why the fug do you think you need a diesel? Can you write it off? To me the only reason to have a diesel is if you can use it in a business situation that allows its expenses to be a write off and depreciation as well. Serious..mb

A very big Chevy truck dealer close here & they are at sticker w/no further discounts. And they used to be low price, high volume, therefore really marked down.
Hell,,,, retail. period. might be the best deal at the time. The strike slowed inventory & stalled lowering prices.

Because I have a diesel now and would prefer another one. It's a ~$10K option over gas. I've never been impressed with gas when hauling/towing anything.
