I called a retail location and twisted off, then promised to do that 3x a day until they helped. The retail store manager got it fixed in one day. I called the number and they wouldn't connect me because I didn't have an order number. Since I didn't have an order number I looked back in an email and found an order number from a few months ago and used that. The bait and switch worked. I was connected with a real human in about 3 or 4 mins and explained my problem had nothing to do with the order number I gave them and that I just needed help getting my ffl registered. We got it squared away.
