Have you ever watched the expressions of electric car drivers looking for spots at full Charging stations?
And the know it will be hours before a spot opens up!
It is like watching people hunt for mall parking spaces at the holidays!!

There is not one public charging station in my 940-square mile county. In fact, I don't know where the nearest public charger is outside of driving somewhere into the DFW Metromess.

My charging stations for my two cars are Maverick and Shell. Not much wait there.  L.W.

I’ve driven by a lot of charging stations but have never seen a full one, even in California. Where are you seeing them full?

Nope - I'm 40 miles or so from the nearest charging stations which are all level 2
10 – 60 miles of range per hour charged.
Hell my COUNTY only has 1 stop light total for 1084 square miles basically.

Even when you manage to find a charging station you soon realise that half of the charging units are out of order. Charge America stations maybe. But I've never seen a Tesla charger out of order. And most new vehicles will be using Tesla chargers going forward.

Hell my COUNTY only has 1 stop light total for 1084 square miles basically. Ha, we got you beat. 1 flashing red light in just about 4000 sq mi! But, one of the local groceries in town has 8-9 chargers in the lot, I've only seen one at most in use.

(Other than in your imagination) The new D&B store has charging stations right at the front door. Parking lot is often pretty full, and those spaces are full too. Haven't seen anyone attempt to charge an electric care there yet, but if they do they're going to be disappointed.

I have never actually been to a charging station. There is a gas station about a mile from me in Amarillo with 10 or 12 charging spaces along one side but I don't think I have ever seen a vehicle using it. Not much reason to own an EV in the TX panhandle.

Imagine planing your e car purchase..
I Can drive to work/shopping/jury duty plug in and then I will have enough juice to get home...
Suddenly you get to point B and no chargers available.....
It's like that time as a kid when you saved your chore money for that baseball card but the day you go in with your money the kid down the block is walking out with "your" card...

My son charges his Tesla at home, they don't use it for traveling out of town.

My son charges his Tesla at home, they don't use it for traveling out of town. The goal of the people pushing electric vehicles is to ensure no one leaves their town.
