I chopped up bacon and sent with my wife to a function she was going to. Said it was well liked by everyone.

Just this last week I read about using sour cream instead of Mayo. I would try that at home before I would take it somewhere.

Just did a batch for the holiday weekend. Add a dash of cayenne pepper and too with jalapeño slices.
