My Daughter has Ducks, and has given us duck eggs to try.
They seem creamier than chicken eggs, but not a lot different.
Glad I got to try them! Good stuff!

I used to raise ducks, and prefer duck eggs over hen eggs. Fried, the whites are a little tougher, and the yolks are orangery. I am told that duck eggs are popular in Europe, and available in markets. Never see them here. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

They're okay. Get three or four a day but just culled three ducks so . . .
Also get ten to a dozen hen eggs each day.
The dogs eat a lot of duck eggs mixed with their kibble.

We get a few a day. Our ducks are more consistent layers than our chickens.
I like them any of the ways you’d cook chicken eggs. My wife prefers to bake with the duck eggs and eat chicken eggs

I'll say ducks are like having a herd of messy teenage girls, they 'move as one group and love to dig holes. I'll stick with chickens, ducks weren't "worth the squeeze".
