Good eats, but you might get in a fight with the goose protecting her eggs . They are formidable for being just birds. Years back, I raised geese, ducks, chickens , and turkeys. Never got the turkeys to lay eggs. Other ones did. Goose eggs make a big omelette.

In Taiwan I eat a lot of duck eggs and in MN I ate a lot more of turkey eggs(bought them by the case. But goose eggs have eluded me. I imagine scrambled with chive, salt and pepper and a little soy sauce would be great, that's how the duck eggs were.prepared, in fact they replaced chicken eggs in most.recipes.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.
